We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and the payment method details you link to your account, such as your UPI ID or Paytm number. We also log device identifiers and session data for security purposes.

Yes. Submit a data access request through live chat or the Help Centre. After we verify your identity, we compile and deliver a structured export of your account data to your registered email within seven working days.

We retain core account records for the period required by applicable Indian financial and legal obligations. Once that retention window expires, your personal identifiers are deleted from our active systems and flagged for removal from backups.

Your UPI reference IDs and Paytm tokens are shared only with the payment processors required to complete your transaction. Those processors operate under data-handling agreements with us and may not use your data for any other purpose.
